Returns
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But, if you are unsatisfied, it's easy to make a return or exchange. Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your online order, is refundable. Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care.

​The original payment method is needed to refund an item in a retail store. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a refund to a gift card.​
Online/Phone orders
Please contact Customer Care at 404-532-8774 to process your return for items purchased online or by phone. If you do not have your receipt, we will gladly offer you an exchange. Purchases made with PayPal for items purchased online through PayPal, Cash App, Venmo. Please contact Customer Care.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
